Good day!

How do you cope in this summer heat? We hope that you are all well hydrated and stay comfortable in this humid weather.

Here at the nursery, we are trying to incorporate different activities to keep the children interested allowing them the freedom to be creative in activities like constructing railways and bridges with large blocks.

Here, you can see that the children are enjoying their makeshift bridge where they go back and forth, jumped up and down! The great thing about this is the children helped to create this bridge while communicating to each other on how to do so.

We also have our English lesson for the month.

As we continue the same lesson for the Tulips class, the Sumire class and Sakura class have the Farm Animals as their lesson for the month. The children can sing a long to the Old MacDonald song and know the animals name in English really well!

Lastly, the children’s favorite part of the day! Water play! To stay refreshed while still having fun in the summer heat!
