This month, our theme is Rain and we are exploring rainy weather through songs, stories and interactive activities. Kids are learning new vocabularies such as rain, umbrella, boots and raincoat while enjoying music and movement We used the song “Today is Raining” by Noodles and pals from Simple Learning Songs. Kids responded very well, showing their understanding through singing clapping and actions.
Sakura Class listened to a short story about rain; Rain is falling down… goodbye rain! Hello Sun. They showed good focus and were able to follow the story with interst. We also intoduced colors using balls, helping them connect english words with visual objects.








Sumire Class praciced numbers through a finger play song. ” 1 finger, 1 finger, turn turn turn . Turn into a worm.. Go Go Go!”
Kids particpated by moving their finger and following simple actions. They enjoyed the rhythm and repetition and showed engagement through clapping, movement and smiling respomses.
Tulip class focus on sensory experience and listening. We simple related words and sang gentle songs with finger play. The babies explored by touching the pictues, watching the the teacher’s action and responding with smiles. They also showed early participation through clapping and eye contact.








Each class experienced the lesson in a way appropriate to their developmental stage. through songs, clapping, movement and visual materials, kids were able to enjoy learning English in a fun and meaningful way. We look forward to continuing our “RAin” theme throughout the month.
