This month of August we started learning about Ocean Animals through songs, actions, and fun activities. We enjoyed singing “baby shark” by Super Simple Songs. Kids had fun copying the gestures especially making their hands together and clapping from a small clap to a big clap. They were so good at imitating the movements and enjoyed joining in with the song.

We also enjoyed our “Bubble Pop” story song . They pretend the bubbles as they floated up by moving their fingers upward . When the bubbles “popped” they excitedly gave a big clap!

We also explored different Sea Animal flashcards. Kids looked closely at the pictures and showed great interest and focus.

During our shadow matching game they tried to match the sea animals with their shadows making the activity both fun and challenging .

Our babies enjoyed the expeience in their own special way. They watched carefully, smiled and listened as we sang and showed the flashcards. Some babies also reached out to touch the cards while exploring pictures.

It was a wonderful time of singing, moving, observing and discovering ocean animals together!
